Anyway to cut to the chase, someone else on the course modelled me playing guitar
- first playing fast
and then playing slow,
and amazingly there was a different thinking pattern...

As a goofy experiment I tried swapping the thinking
patterns around and my slow playing went to pieces but my speed playingbecame effortless.. and
it only took me about 3 or 4 minutes to make the change... how cool
was that!
This amazed me so much that I started looking for someone else who had
discovered this technique. To be blunt, I drew a complete blank. I
searched newsgroups, googled everywhere and then some. I asked other
NLP trainers, teachers and therapists. I Searched high and low for
almost a year. No one had found this simple sneaky trick out
before, as far as I could tell.

It only took a few minutes to swap the thinking patterns but the

that point I'd played guitar for over twenty five years, but nothing,
